Each month, we will gather to reflect on our gene keys journey followed by a group shamanic session to support integration of our gene keys. Healing ancestral wounding is aimed at addressing and resolving the emotional and spiritual wounds passed down through generations. This process involves recognizing and releasing the patterns and traumas inherited from ancestors, which can help individuals break free from these cycles and achieve a sense of healing and wholeness.
